"Couldn't have asked for more from our piper. He met with us on two occasions before the wedding to make sure that we got all the songs we wanted and that they were played at the right time. On the day he was fantastic. It just made the whole day that bit more special. He even went the extra mile by waiting for us to arrive at the reception (which we weren't expecting) and piped us in which was an amazing experience. I can't recommend Mark enough, he's an awesome piper and a really friendly and helpful person, Thanks Mark".

Mark presented a clearly informative and entertaining workshop/demonstration on the bagpipes, explaining how the various parts worked and were put together and
providing a welcome opportunity for these enthusiastic musical children from Hong Kong to develop their knowledge of a British custom and authentic sound in a very friendly and effective way.

Just wanted to write and thank you for helping Chris and I create such a memorable day. The guests loved being greeted by you, you really helped to bring an authentic Scottish element to our wedding. I really appreciated your flexible and honest approach and your recomendation of the Highland Cathedral for the entrance was superb. What can I say I loved the outfit full number one is amazing. Thank you so much. We would have no hesitation recommending you to anyone.

This is a big thank you to Mark McLaughlan and Samantha Jones.
I came across Mark on a wedding site on the internet, he had played the bagpipes at a wedding that was featured on the website so I contacted him and asked if he could play the bagpipes at our wedding in September 2010, as a special tribute for my mum who is no longer with us. I also asked him if he knew a singer who could duet with him and he recommended Samantha Jones. I asked them to perform Amazing Grace, this song is very special to me as it was one of my Mum's favourites.
We can't praise them enough they were fabulous, Mark played the bagpipes so well and Samantha sang so beautifully, everyone in the room was overcome with emotion, it was lovely, everything we had wanted and more, everyone loved it and they are both such lovely people.
If you are looking for a piper or a singer for your wedding or any other ooccasionthen Mark and Samantha are the people you are looking for, they are very genuine, lovely and very talented and professional people and we would highly recommend them both.Thank you again Mark and Samantha for making our Wedding Day so special! We wish you all the best in the future and should we need you again for any other occasion then we will be sure to contact you.

Thank you so much for playing so beautifully at the wedding. The Highland Cathedral was fantastic - and very emotional - everyone loved it. It was the perfect start to a perfect day.
Thank you again.

We would both like to thank you very much for being part of our special day. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing you play the bagpipes at our Wedding. What a wonderful way to finish off the Scottish theme to our Wedding. We were so surprised when you had made the special effort to come back to our reception to hear you as we arrived back at the house and then to have our photograph with you. Thank you once again for everything!
